Affordable Dental Implants

Cost from $ 900 dollars

Cost with Financing $ 37 per month

This Affordable Price Includes: Titanium Screw Post, Temporary and Permanent Crown

Definition of a bad day can be going to the dentist, and they inform you that you need an implant, or worse multiple. Next they tell you that it will cost you about $3,000 to $5,000 per tooth. There goes the vacation plans that year. So you came to this page to see what options you have for finding inexpensive, reasonably priced dental implants. First let's go over the various scenarios.

This dental surgery is used under the following conditions.

  • Multiple teeth removal
  • Single tooth replacement
  • Secure your existing dentures

General Information about getting this procedure.

Dental implants will affect one or multiple teeth and have no effect on surrounding areas. Implants will secure a bridge or dentures so that your bridge/dentures become semi permanent.

You have a choice that you should be aware of when budgeting as most dentists will not offer both types, and that will affect your price. Affordable dental implants are almost always the Endosteal type, see below.

To understand the two variations, see the table below.

Different Affordable Dental Options
Endosteal Subperiosteal
This type is surgically placed in the jawbone using special medical grade screws or cylinders. One endosteal dental post is capable of holding multiple teeth. This is the most common form used in modern dentistry today. It can be used for either single crown attachment or for any form of bridge or denture.
The subperiosteal dental surgery version is secured on the surface of the jaw using a titanium metal framework. The posts go into the gum, after it is able to bear a prosthesis. Typical this is used for patients that have more extensive bone loss. It is a more difficult dental surgery.
Advantages, the screw type posts tend to be faster and much more affordable. This is a more expensive dental surgery. This is considered a dated model, to a degree.

Other Implant styles you should understand to make the best choice.

The substantial difference between one hour or same day implants and the traditional version, is the time frame required to complete the process

  • The traditional process with time frame, and the dental surgery involved.
  • Day one Your oral surgeon, not the dentist will cut back the gums to gain access to the underlining bone. He will then drill a tiny hole between 4-7 mm and insert a hollow dental post. Normally made from titanium.
  • After around a two to about a four-month time frame your jawbone will grow into the post causing to to become stable and ready to receive the male port of the implant that the crown will go on.
  • If you need a bone graft because you have excessive bone loss in the jawbone you will need to have a bone graft done months prior to starting the above process. In total the entire implantation process can take one year.

One Hour Method

  • The Dentist will drill a tiny opening in the gum and jaw bone and once the correct depth and angle are achieved they will insert a tiny titanium post that looks almost exactly like a hi-tech screw.
  • Once the high tech screw has been installed a temporary tooth will be placed on the titanium post. The tooth will be made to be smaller than the space occupied by the previous tooth. This will help to keep the new post from being put under undue pressure. This entire dental surgery process takes 25 minutes.Affordable dental implants are always the screw post type.

  • The titanium post is well attached the moment it is inserted. However it is critical not to stress the post
  • for at least the first thirty days. Raw foods like celery would need to be avoided coming in to contact with the new implant.
  • After one month you return get your permanent crown. This really is the best method of replacing missing teeth.

Something noteworthy about the screw type posts is that if you suffer from bone loss this implant can be set at an angle often bypassing the need for painful and expensive dental surgery for bone grafting. This fact alone can save you thousands of dollars in your search to get an affordable dental implant option.

Dental Implants in New York for multiple teeth

I was informed that I need to have three teeth extracted and either replaced with a bridge or dental implants. As I live in New York the price is very expensive, I was quoted about 5 thousand dollars per tooth!! I need affordable dental implants. Do you have any suggestions?

Paul-New York, NY

Multiple Implants New York

Hi paul ..sorry about your situation , but I do have two pieces of good news. One is that since you are getting your teeth extracted you should have little bone loss ( a major implant expense ). Two affordable dental implants are not very easy to come by in New York if you would be willing to travel, even to another state the price should come down to under two thousand per implant or less! Well worth a day trip or a mini vacation to travel abroad to get your missing teeth replaced.

Dental implants budget pricing Los Angeles

My dentist told me I need 4 implants and will need some minor bone grafting as well. this was two years ago. I Put off getting this done due to expense and now two years later I decided to go to an oral surgeon, he told me that I waited to long and should have had the dental surgery before and as a result I now need major jaw bone grafting for the new new teeth. Does this sound right to you? Also any suggestions on how to get this done at good price would be very appreciated. I am retired and live on a fixed budget, so this came a bit of a blow.

Dental implants Cheap Price in Los Angeles

Hi Jason, well first off about the change in minor bone grafting to major bone grafting for your implants, that does sound correct. The old adage, use it or lose it apply's to your jaw bone as well. With no pressure being applied regularly it starts to atrophy almost immediately. It is always better to get implants sooner vs later, waiting always costs extra. i see you live in Los Angeles if you were to get your dental implants in Phoenix for example the cost would be less.

I would also look into a screw type post, tremonte style for example. These look almost like a regular screw, and can be set at angles in the jawbone. Sometimes this is a way to avoid getting bone grafting prior to implants. This is most suited for people that do not have multiple teeth missing in the same area, e.g. right next to each other. The bone density directly adjacent to the good tooth would support an implant in most cases. Good luck, if you need additional help just send me an email.

With one day implants do you leave with the permanent crown? I would like to travel abroad to get my dentistry done , but do not want to travel two times for the procedure.

Inexpensive Dental Implants in Chicago, IL.

Hi Becky, I can totally understand your dilemma. Modern life does not seem to think two trips are reasonable. Here is one option you can explore and I have help several patients with. First talk to your regular dentist and see if he would be willing to fit your permanent crown onto the post after the 30 days have passed. This will sometimes be no big deal with them. If that is the case you can get your impressions and permanent crown made, then we will have it sent via courier to your home address. Then have your local dentist remove the temp crown and attach the permanent and make any minor adjustments that might be needed. That being said make sure you get a per implant price FIRST. You do not want to travel to get affordable dental implants only to pay your local dentist the difference in price.

Dental implants for uninsured
Dallas or Houston

Hi, I don't have insurance and was in a car accident that knocked out two front teeth. Do you know of any way to get free or VERY Cheap/Cheap dental implants-

Roger D. –Dallas or Houston. Tx.

Dental implants for uninsured

Dallas or Houston

Roger, unfortunately 99% of the free dental work, things you see around are blatantly false advertising. A shady dentist will place ads for free implants. They will give the post gratis but all the surgical charges often add up to the same price as normal, or more!

My best advice to you is either travel abroad to get it done, if this is not an option the approach dental schools and enquire about implant teaching classes. They need subjects to train on, and the cost in minimal. Thisis always overseen by an oral surgeon or implantologist. I hope this helps, if you need the names of some dental schools let me know.
